Before Christmas I asked Surferguy to make a custom order, being a dice box for playing various dice games. He did an awesome job. Thanks Surferguy!

Here are some photos:

Wow - thanks for the opportunity Kjesse. I see you added the pull tether, great addition. Hope the box serves you well and thanks for the photos!

I've mentioned before but I recently purchased a laser engraver.

With wedding season right around the corner let me know if you are looking for a cutting board that is personalized. I can help you out!

All the best.

To give another shout out to Dion (surferguy). I contacted him to create a final beer tap handle to complete my fridge and as per normal he came through with some beautiful work. Was a nice simple little side project but completed everything nicely for me! His handle is the Awkward Brewing handle.

Could you replicate this for liars dice? From my understanding box like above but with marbles built in underneath playing surface to sound like dice shaking? Also has an elevated portion for storing the dice

Cheers for the opportunity to do something neat! I'm really happy with the way the cherry wood turned out!

I have three beer flights available (with glasses).

Here is one of them with the glasses. This piece is solid walnut.

Here are the available three with a light cover of water to give an example of the color when finished.

they are unfinished at the moment to allow me to do a small laser engraving if you choose.

The prices are as follows.

Large walnut 80 CAD +gst
Crab apple live edge 100 CAD +gst
Small walnut 60 CAD +gst

The crab apple piece was salvaged and milled myself from the snow-tember incident four or five years ago.

These are limited edition. only three available.

That's amazing. I'll be in contact when I get my kegerator set up. Will probably need 2 handles.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to surferguy, as he's been doing engraved cutting boards/cheese boards (depending who you ask) for all my clients as closing gifts. Almost every client is responding with a big thank you without even being prompted.

Definitely happy with the product, as are my clients!

Hopefully you can continue now that you've gotten twice as busy on the personal side.

Thanks for the tire pump MillerTime GFG. Weirdly I was just coming in here today to bump this for the upcoming holiday season!

Yes on a personal note we added a second boy to our household a few weeks back so things are busy! That said I am still aiming to produce some artisan wood products if anybody is interested.

Here are some examples of the styles I will be offering this season.

I can build to any size using any combination of species of wood. Please use these pieces as an indication of style/shape/wood combinations. I can, and am willing to build, larger or smaller if you have a specific request.

I can also laser engrave a name, phrase or logo on the piece if you would like.

Typical species used (cherry, maple, hickory, walnut and aromatic cedar)

PM me for further details

The standard cutting board (12" x 8") $50 CAD

The Serving Paddle (15" x 7") $65 CAD

The Charcuterie Board (19" x 5") $75 CAD

The Carving Board (12" x 12") $120 CAD

The Beer Flight - charred finish. (Comes with glasses 19" x 5") $80 CAD
note - can be any species - does not need to be charred, but the burned look is pretty badass

The Bread Board (19" x 5") $60 CAD

- note above board is unfinished in this photo

Can you do a small custom box with slide out drawer? I am looking for a small stand for my espresso machine and grinder that is currently in a little niche on my kitchen counter. I was thinking something like this, but in wood, that would be okay for some moisture.

Or would wood not be a good option at all?

Hmmm - not exactly sure about the moisture side of it. Let me have a think and I’ll PM you.

Came to give props to surferguy! I had him make a gift for my wife for Christmas and I'm incredibly pleased with it! Easy to deal with and great work!

Thanks surferguy!

Will report back about her reaction when she opens it!

So I purchased one of surferguy's custom cutting boards for my wife for Christmas, I was leery at first because typically buying 'kitchenware' for your wife for as a gift is kind of on the fence as far as gifts go, but she loved it!

Its beautiful! He engraved a message on it to her for me, he was easy to deal with and very communicative about everything.

Highly recommend, 5/5 and I'll definitely be in touch with him for future work.

The thing looks amazing and it just has that craftsman quality to it that I love and that my wife adores.

Much thanks!
