I didn’t expect the flames to win all three games, but maybe one… with some competitive periods in the others. We may not be at the level of any of these three yet, but they have not played their best hockey.

Arguably could have had two 5 on 3s in this game to this point.

Refs hesitant to call the Flames opponents all year. At least never two on the same play or back to back when there are multiple infractions.

I said all off-season that Zadarov couldn’t be a top 4 defenceman on this team if they wanted to be a playoff team and that Kylington or Valimaki (…figured it would be Valimaki) needed to take a top 4 role.

Zadarov at $3.75M is a bad contract. Trading a 3rd for Zadarov was a bad trade.

That's not what's being asked here. What's being asked is whether or not he's providing $3.75M of value to the team. I would argue he hasn't.
