That was awesome, thanks Corsi

Because of this video, their Larry Walker should be in the Hall of Fame video came up on my YouTube home page.

I knew Walker deserved to be in, but I didn't realize how much he deserves to be in.

The San Diego Padres and Colorado Rockies set a modern-era record by combining for 92 runs in a four-game series, when San Diego pitcher Matt Strahm drawing a pinch-hit, bases-loaded walk in the ninth inning to rally past Colorado 14-13 Sunday. The all-time record is 112 runs between the Cleveland Blues and St. Louis Browns of the American Association in 1887.

It was just another wacky day at Coors Field, especially in this split series in which the Rockies outscored the Padres 48-44 while the teams combined for 131 hits. Colorado's Charlie Blackmon became the first player since at 1900 with 15 hits in a four-game series.

Woah. Coors field usually gives up crazy numbers, but that’s bonkers. Would’ve been a fun series to watch. That stat about Blackmon is also ridiculous. 15 hits is a month for some major leaguers...

The ######bag Nationals have to hurt the Braves star pitcher to win. Soto should get beaned in the ribs.

Mets continue to maintain their status as biggest mess in baseball with Vargas trying to charge beat reporter Healey last night.

Somehow Callaway still has a job as Manager of that team.

Kendys Morales cut by the Yanks. 3rd team this year. Remember when he was supposed to be a serviceable replacement for EE?

Cruel twist of fate that EE became Morales' serviceable replacement on the Yankees.

I guess in honour of playing in London they are putting up cricket scores. Two sixes in the first inning.

Starting pitchers are Porcello and Tanaka.

Their COMBINED lines for this game..

1 Iinning pitched, 18 hitters faced, 10Hits, 3 walks, 12 Earned runs.

Score is 6-6 with 2 out in the bottom of the 1st. Game started over an hour ago.

I heard CF fence is only 385 feet. Is that why all the runs?

Score is currently 15-6 in the 5th inning...and yes the deep ball has played a part in things with 4 of them thus far in the game.

25 hits and 7 walks thus far though means its a lot of poor pitching....like uber bad. 8 pitchers and there is 1 out in the top of 5.

3 hours to play 5 innings.

At least the Brits are used to watching long cricket matches.

So the final was 17-13 yanks.

16 pitchers used, 37 hits, 12 walks, 30 earned runs, 17 LOB.

Game took 4 hours and 42 minutes to play.

Absurd.

Stroman out. Good God, I hope he's not hurt long term. Atkins and Co are gambling with getting more at the deadline when IMO, his value is what it is at this point. If he's hurt long term, I'll officially call Atkins/Shapiro the worst GM's in Jays history (yes, worse than Riccardi).

The funny thing is with the short fence and obviously juiced balls, the London fans are getting the full Red Sox-Yankees experience of games taking nearly five hours. Today already looking much the same.
