NYI/Calgary blockbuster
Well, the New York Islanders are in a bit of a hole. This season was a bit of a lost cause. We may have traded Connor Bedard. It's going to be a long road back to contention on Long Island.
But we did have one UFA to sell before the deadline. And so ... we hit up the Flames. We've agreed in principle on a major deal, pending the processing of our trade with the Tampa Bay Lightning.
