Looks extremely interesting. Fitbit and all those other devices can't really track you properly if you lift weights. You have to manually input all the information.

This looks like it is ahead of the curve.

I read the whole thing and I don't really get how it works? Or, I do get how it works but if I'm understanding correctly there is really no feedback from your actual body (ie no heart rate monitor or anything?). It's just measuring how you're actually lifting the weights/performing the movement - is that right?

Like how does the app know I'm only at 50% intensity and I need to add more weight based on a gyroscope being attached to my kettle bell? I think it sounds really cool if it actually works but I'm not sure I understand it.
