The minor increased risked of allowing unvaccinated children at schools does not outweigh the harm of forcing anti-Vaxxers to find alternative education for their kids. You will segregate them and entrench them in their beliefs and make it easy for those beliefs to be passed down to the next generation.
They will still be in swimming pools, sports teams, shopping malls, air planes, buses, trains and other public spaces. School is not the only disease transfer location.
I think most people when they propose banning unvaccinated children at schools it actually to punish stupidity under the guise of health concerns.
