BOA: Flames @ Oilers. 7pm MT. streamed/SN960
will be streamed by the Flames with broadcast restrictions
Waiting on lines and rosters.
Oilers got spanked last night by the Canucks. Neal played last night so most likely will not be playing tonight. Smith is still suffering from the flu (hopefully not the McDavid half the season flu)

Indeed. But I can see the logic in it: the Flames have their NHL lineup set, and are still evaluating their AHL goalies. Gillies clearly needs to show more; this is his chance.

First line night off. Too bad, Koskinen's glove hand is ripe for Monahan's preferred shot.
Do or die for DSP, and that whole fourth line IMO. Last chance for the bottom pairing as well.

I am kind of surprised that for the summer speculation about trying Lindholm at C, we haven't seen that in the preseason as yet.

Bennett getting a great opportunity to play with Backlund and Frolik while Tkachuk is still unavailable.
I like the second line too. Solid 2-way play with some scoring ability from each.
