LF: Hot tub!

Looking to purchase a new hot tub. Any companies you would recommend over others?

Costco. Seriously.

They'll deliver it to your door so you only have to arrange for it to get to your desired position and they warranty it.

I have one ordered from Costco (Beachcomber, built in Canada) that I'm waiting for. Only comment is ordering anything from Costco or from a factory is going to be taking a while right now (2-3 months+).

Local guys might have some units in stock if thats a big deal. But you'll pay more via the traditional sales channels.

I’m happy to spend a little more and go with a local company. Part of it for me will be the customer support, etc.

Oh...no. You never use the Seller for Customer Support. Hot Tubs 101.

Thats a 'You need to change your blinker fluid' type of deal.

There are lots of really good independent hot tub repair services and places in Calgary and if you really want to support local I'd support small hot tub service and repair businesses.

Sales and Service are very separate things when it comes to Hot Tubs.

we used paradise bay and got an arctic spa. We have been pretty happy with it.

Sun Spa are good. Rocky mountain spas as well. Jacuzzi also.
