Man..... One thing I miss about Oklahoma is burritos. We have great burritos back home. Qdoba, Chipolte, Moes, and Freebird. I tried Mucho Burrito last week. I wasn't impressed at all. It tasted more like Indian food than Mexican food.

Interesting. I know people that have lived in Mexico City, Southern California, and Miami that swear by Mucho Burrito because of how it reminds them of real Mexican food back home.

Personally, it doesn't remind me of Indian at all - although I realize it isn't authentic Mexican either.

I'll have to try it this time around. Is it legitimately spicy or is it what I like to call "white people spicy"?

Tried one of these a couple of weeks ago as I thought it'd be a good way to kick a cold. It was tasty, and I had a second one a few days back. I'm not the biggest Mexican food guy but it's pretty tasty (I'd never had Mucho Burrito before).

Thing is, they kind of paint you into a corner by relegating your only two options to "hotter than hell" or "wimpy". I mean, no one wants to be "wimpy", so there's a subtle psychological pressure there coaxing you to melt your bowels. In any case, yes, I'd say it's pretty hot. The ghost pepper sauce itself is pretty potent and it depends on how much the person dollops on there. When I had my second one, a lot of the sauce and whatnot ended up pooling near the bottom, making the final third of the thing a bit of a trial to complete.

I kicked the cold, and I may never get a cold ever again in fact.

What Americans call Mexican food is what Mexicans call American food.

But yeah, it's spicy. Not just white people spicy.

I am a big fan of this one.
I go for wimpy, but get hot salsa on it (just no ghost pepper sauce ... it is in the bacon)

I remember having the non wimpy GPB last Halloween.

It basically went like have a bite, drink some milk, sweat, repeat repeat repeat, after awhile I could have more than one bite without milk.
When all was said and done I was sweating while shaking and I think hallucinating.

I can't wait to have another one.

Chain. They're quite good, but a little pricey in my view. Hate paying >$10 for fast food, which you generally have to at MB.

That;'s crazy. I've always said it is the best value for your ff money. For $8 or so you can get a medium sized burrito the size of a football. I like a place where the actual large item is too large for me, and a medium will satisfy my overeating habit.

I don't know many places that you can get away with a lot of food for less than $10.

last time I had one I was extremely underwhemled (I wouldn't even call it spicy) and I'm assuming who ever made mine screwed something up so now that they're back I guess I'll have to give it another shot.

Turn it up Reggie. I wanna burn!

I had the Hot as Hell and they are legitimately hot, had one last week and it was pretty painful by the end.

The lady who made mine must not have liked me though, she probably did four passes with the ghost pepper sauce. The whole damn thing was dripping sauce the whole time.

I had one yesterday. It's definitely hot, but to the point that it doesn't really taste that great anymore. They could have substituted the meat for cardboard and I wouldn't have noticed.

Looking forward to picking up a wimpy soon, loved it last year. Maybe even get and extra splash of sauce, but yeah you can taste it in the bacon as it is.

I really enjoy spicy food, even so spicy you sweat or have to slow down, but it has to have flavor to it. I find the spicy and sweet mixture to be a nice balance. I like a lot of curries, both asian and indian, and spicy foods like mexican, chinese, thai, indian, etc. but I don't enjoy it when food seems to be hot for the sake of being hot. What's the point? There has to be a collage of flavors in a sense I guess, for me to enjoy it. For instance, I love the thai style wings, or chili lime, but just getting the western style hot wings, I don't enjoy very much. It's not so much that I can't handle it, it's just that it isn't very enjoyable.
