Its funny, people critize Ronda, but that girl has pretty much gotten the shyte kicked out of her by both Charlotte and Becky. I am going to pretty much say that Becky was pretty unsafe tonight.
At the end of the day, this sets up the four horsewoman versus MMA in a different way. You pretty much have a fatal 3 way forming with Charlotte Becky and Ronda, and Ronda on the short end of things. They could bring up Shayna to protect Ronda and leave the wonder twins to develop in NXT.
Tonight wasn't a great ppv. the two elimination chamber matches were very good. The Iconics made themselves over tonight as did Kingston.
The other matches weren't terrific.
Ruby getting jobbed like she was is no surprise, I have to wonder if there's any future for the riott squad as a group.
the Miz and Shane vs USO's had a surprising ending. WWE is almost starting to feel like the end of life WCW where they started hot shotting belts into oblivion. Obviously Shane is going to turn on Miz.
The balor vs Lashley and Lio was nonsense.
Actually the best match of the night was on the pregame show.
The whole Strowman thing with the three on one is just boring and stupid.

Yeah a card that was pretty much a normal raw/Smackdown but then had two really good elimination chamber matches bookend it.
I feel like the Strowman angle probably builds to the 6 man intercontinental ladder match at Wrestlemania.
Strowman, MacIntyre, Balor, Lashley, Corbin and then one more...maybe a returning Owens since they seemed to play up his friendship with Finn on twitter and in his tease yesterday.
As for Becky being stiff and unsafe tonight...I feel like that was probably agreed upon by the three of them. Very similar to how Charlotte was very stiff with the kendo sticks at Survivor Series with Ronda. Sasha and Ronda were very stiff in their last match as well.
They want it to look real and think they are being intentionally stiff. Biggest issue last night I think is that Ronda kinda moved mid crutch swing at one point and because of that got clobbered right in the head.
If they don't build New Day vs. The NEW Daniel Bryan towards Wrestlemania now they would be idiots. That was the hottest I've heard a WWE crowd in a long time. And really it makes the most sense too. Daniel Bryan who hates gluttony, waste, and consumerism, against the team that throws pancakes around, markets everything they do, and really are the faces of consumerism in the WWE. Writes itself.

Gargano, Ciampa, Black and Ricochet on Raw tonight. DIY vs the Revival should be great if given time

This crowd absolutely sucks. Hardly a single pop for anyone tonight. I’d be losing my mind if those 4 debuted at an event I was attending. Although I wish Ricochet was on Smackdown because matches vs Rey Mysterio/Andrade or Mustafa Ali would be phenomenal.
And goddamn I love Ciampa!

It was confusing because Ciampa and Johnny were playing the faces tonight. The match was technically very good, but it fell flat in terms of any great moments.
Ricochet was awesome tonight.
I'm hoping that they're not going to waste Lacey Evan's talents managing Heavy Machinery.
They should have had Black destroy Elias.

I think having Gargano and Campia team as DYI but still be champions in NXT is great because they can test the waters with mainstream fans then tuck them back into NXT until they have more popularity to jump into the main roster full time.
They have mishandled 90% of the NXT call ups and would say Shinsuke and Enzo (love him or hate him he was good) have been the most successful.

Yeah, that was a terribly quiet audience, I expected a pop during Black's entrance, and it was dead.

What was WWE thinking debuting them like this . . . Lafayette has been a quiet crowd before, and they are dumping all of their best NXT hands on this crowd? Were they trying to give the crowd forced steriods in order to liven them up? Yikes.
Loved the matches and the sequences, but the crowd - what a terrible decision. Should have waited two weeks for Philadelphia. Hell, even Atlanta next week would have been better.

Is it a bit of panic on the WWE?
Possibly, the return of the McMahons to bring us what we want seems to have fallen flat.

Didnt they say somewhere the half time heat was the most watched nxt match ever?
Makes sense it was the 4 of them I guess, but it's not permanent for all 4, and maybe I'm wrong but it seems like it's going to subdue the actual call ups on the raw and smackdown after WM
They cant bring up all 4 of them, since it would devastate the title scene, but of those 4 I imagine Black is up for sure after WM, maybe ricochet? Worried they 205 him
Just a weirdly done thing
I am hoping they kept Cole off last night and also the rumble because Undisputed Era are coming up after WM

And Tye Dillinger has asked for his release
Don’t feel too bad for him, he’s married to Peyton

Ok, I was wrong on Becky being sloppy with the crutch on Ronda.
Ronda told her to hit her as hard as she could with the crutches, though she was left with a nasty gash on her head and stitches on her elbow.
I give Ronda credit, she's really embraced her wrestling run.

Arn Anderson also let go as they try to bring in younger road agents.
Itami was never healthy. Dillinger just stupidly wasn't being used. Rumor is that Perkins was fired.

And for Itami I think I recall reading that it's to the point now where he's also pretty limited in what he can do in the ring.
I like Dillinger but really I don't think he's anything more than an "enhancement talent".
Honestly though I think they do need to leverage enhancement talent more. Have Strowman go out there and destroy Dillinger, it's better than having Strowman vs Corbin for 4 straight weeks.
