Conley to Utah is a good trade for both sides. The west is so stacked for PG/SG combos, and Conley/Mitchell is potentially in the top 4 of those (along with Portland, Houston, and a healthy GSW). If I was trying to round out that LA Lakers roster, my #1 priority defensive guards, so they don't get a hellfire of 3s rained down upon them every night.
I would love is Masai sues this bum back. That exemplifies everything wrong with the US. Power hungry, racist jerkoffs. Assuming Masai isn't in the wrong he should take this guy to the cleaners.

This exemplifies nothing about the US, any more than what happened during the parade exemplifies anything about Toronto or Canada.

It's a slight overpay, but yeah the West is open right now so it makes sense for them to take their shot.

You’re right. It was more an indictment on American cops. Granted they’re not paid as much as our ones here, and it’s easy to look for a payday over there, these type of frivolous cases shouldn’t be allowed to proceed. Hope he’s laughed at by his peers.
As for the Conley deal it’d have been nice if he could join the Raptors but given what Lowry did I don’t think they’d deal him for another year at least.
At times it's a little silly to follow the TMZ style "signs" of Kawhi re-signing, but the one that seems pretty true is that multiple times in recent days when being saluted by fans, or filmed publicly in Toronto he's holding his pointer finger up very deliberately which many assume is referring to the rumoured 1 + 1 deal that he could sign with the Raptors that would completely maximize his earnings.
Lol. I can’t see it. Where would they celebrate? They’d look a scattered group of Hare Krishna’s around the city. Can’t picture it. I do think there would be a subtle buzz the next day at the office. LeBron could sign and there wouldn’t be a central place to celebrate.
I actually think that of the awards that Milwaukee got, this one is the most deserved (not saying the others aren't). Fired Kidd, and brought in a really good coach and made great roster changes to compliment both Bud's style and Giannis' skillset. They absolutely needed to get over the playoff hump this year, and those moves made it certain they would.
Lou Williams making his non-tampering case for Kawhi to choose the Clippers. What a clown, lol. Can't copy and paste text from this article, but says being in Toronto is like being overseas. Complains about wanting to go home after 4 months because "little **** you don't think about like channels on your TV, your bill and having to get a Canadian bank account".
After all that he of course drops a comment on how well Kawhi would fit on the Clippers.
Funny part of that is you can actually find quotes about how sad he was to leave Toronto, how much he liked it there, and how he was surprised Toronto didn't extend an offer to him from when he left.
