I used to kinda like Lias Andersson, but now I dislike him.

Exactly, it was a game that should have easily been in the W column, a few poorly timed penalties and honestly kudos to Reign for take the chance and pulling for the extra attacker during the powerplay.

So far this season, the Wranglers have been averaging about 3,400 attendance. Coincidentally, about the same as the Rapid City Rush in Monument Centre.

Comparatively, the Hitmen are drawing about 2400 in the Saddledome..

As for how many actual paid butts through the turnstiles, I have no idea..

Duehr is playing tonight, Pelletier and Gilbert are not.
5-2 Wranglers. Mitch McLain with a Gordie Howe hat trick

Is that 3 0s in a row for Phillips? What's happened?

Walker Duehr with a pair of goals. Guess he's itching to hitch a ride back with Coach Sutter.

What's the skinny on Ilya Solovyov? He was a +3 tonight.

From what I remember he was pretty composed and steady. Had a bit of an offensive explosion early in the year he was drafted but other than that not someone who would project above bottom pair offensively. But just a solid guy with a good first pass. Keeps the puck going the right way. Haven’t watched enough AHL games to know where he’s at now though.

Dansk with a great save in the highlight package. Some pretty rough giveaways in the third made this one closer than it had to be.

Can you imagine having that video quality on a SN broadcast?

No, I can't either.

Seriously, what did the Flames pro scouts ever see in Rooney?

This might be the worst camera work I’ve ever seen in a “professional” broadcast. Is this one of those automated follow the play cameras? Super jumpy and zooms in at weird times.

4-1 Wranglers over the Reign. Two late Empty Netters to seal the win.

J. Pelletier (18:15 1st) , M. Phillips (19:07 2nd) , W. Duehr (18:57 3rd) , B. Jones (19:52 3rd)

I think he might actually be a better prospect than Kuznetsov.

Wolf with his 60th AHL reg season win in game #82. 25-5-1 on the season. 8 wins away from matching his 33 W's from last year has played 15 less games so far.

My expectations for Wolf just keep growing. It's gotten to a point where I just wish he would get called up and start accumulating wins so he finishes higher on the all-time wins list in the NHL. Maybe I'm getting ahead of myself a little...

Maybe, I'm not the person to ask.

Solovyov just seems to be quiety going about his business, flying under the radar... which isn't a bad thing to see in a defensive specialist.

He was in his last year of eligibility when he was drafted, but when it's a seventh round pick, why not take him... even he's just a depth pro.
