This basketball thing is pretty foreign to me but is there any way that Cleveland can actually sustain draining every shot they take? It also seemed like GS got called on everything so they had to back off and just let Cleveland take shots.

Way too many open looks and the refs are doing everything they can to help the Cavs, its sad.

The NBA is about as much of a rigged league as there is out there. I did watch the game at a bar last night and the early fouls which tipped the scales for the game IMO, were ridiculous. I know the NBA is just protecting its players but the product is so crappy when there is absolutely not contact allowed on a shot. There should be a certain amount allowed. The most aggravating part in the game now is the lean in while taking a shot so you get the foul call. That stuff should be seen as player fines and free throws the other way. Such nonsense.

When one team has 20 first quarter free throws you're going to take away the other teams ability to play physically for the rest of the game.

The NBA is not a genuine sports league, I'm surprised so many still watch.

If the Warriors don't win game 5, they will be in serious trouble. 3-2 heading back to Quickens with the momentum on the Cavs side doesn't sound like a good situation to be in for Golden State.

Series should be 2-2 though.

But nobody said anything during game 2 when Curry went to the freethrow line 10 times in the first quarter lol

Lebron will go down as the better player, but Kobe was much more enjoyable to watch. This era does have a Kobe anymore, I'll miss the way he posted up and wore down defenders all game. I almost think Kobe is underrated with all these stats, considering the era Kobe came from. You're making him out to be this player wasn't near the player Lebron was.

To me Lebron is the Floyd Mayweather of basketball. He's done everything he can to outlive the normal basketball career regression and like Floyd, Lebron is probably the smartest in his sport. He joined Bosh and Wade in their prime, he left them when they were injured plagued. He joined Cleveland with 3 first overall picks with 2 great younger players. The rest, the roster managing, the complaints. He's brilliant in the way he navigated his career, to the point where he's been in the finals for 7 straight years. However, Jordan is the much superior player he's a better Kobe.

Meh, he gave the Cavs 1.0 like 7 years of his athletic prime, and their incompetent GM made absolutely no strides in surrounding him with anything better than Mo Williams and Zydrunas Ilgauskas (and it's a miracle he even carried those sad sack of bums to the finals in 2007). He had to leave Cleveland, he would have wasted his career staying out there.

Also, I'm in the Lebron is in the 'greatest of all time' wagon. To me, he is a MJ x Magic Johnson hybrid.

Tough to not see round four next year unless something unexpected happens. Cavs might finally bring in Carmelo for Kevin Love, but I'm not sure that really changes the Cavs chances other than if you're not going to play any defense you might as well add a top scorer instead.

As to KD, well, he played great and pretty much proved he could have won a ring in OKC too. I suspect the Warriors will probably move Klay, but they only need Curry and Durant, lots of guys can shoot open threes with the looks they get playing with those two.

Congrats to Warriors. Besides Durant, rest of their team is home grown smart picks. Although Durant is their best player now.

Round 4 is definitely on deck unless Celtics make a big splash and challenge the Cavs.

Current Cavs cannot beat the Warriors, who does Lebron ask for now? George? Butler?
Even then, it won't be enough. They can take Demar .

Warriors are huge favorites already for next 2/3. Cavs next 3/1.

You add a generational scorer to a 73 win team and the results are to be expected. Durant is a ##### in my eyes, but he definitely deserved the FMVP

I was thinking during the early parts of the game the refs were trying to give it to the Cavs. Glad the better team won even if it's junk about these players just grouping together to win. Raptors don't have a single player worth a great player grouping himself with so they ain't winning the championship anytime soon. Maybe they can go for the best of the rest title.

Cavs won't be adding anyone without shedding some serious salary. Luxury tax will be insane for them if they add any max player. So trading Love or Tristan Thompson is the play, but at best you'll probably get a like for like part or close. I think if anyone maybe beats the Warriors next year it's the Spurs if they add CP3, or the Rockets if they can maybe somehow get a Paul George or Jimmy Butler. No one out East has enough unless Dan Gilbert wants to bankrupt himself to maybe win a ring.
