AZ and SF have the same record, but AZ is +66 in run differential, and SF is -41.

How does this happen?

I wasn't the only one who watched that Twins/Yanks game, was I?

Incredible back and forth game capped off by an unreal catch. Crazy.

Surely the best catch ever to end a game.

Not only to end a game but if he misses that it's a tie game and probably a Twins victory. Really fun to watch that game and that ending.

Would have been a easy walk off with the runners going on contact with 2 out.

Astros get Greinke. They have to be pretty heavy favorites in the AL now given that the Yankees rotation is hot garbage and they added no one.

Three deals for three relief arms who bring experience to an Atlanta bullpen in need of reinforcements. Accomplished without sacrificing any of the top 3 prospects in the system - Cristian Pache, Ian Anderson & Drew Waters. IMO the Braves won the day in the NL.

Angels just wasting away Trout's career.

On the cusp of a wildcard spot, lost 3/4 to Baltimore and 2/3 to Detroit.

It was a good day for the Astros but of course, playoffs are playoffs and there’s just no guarantee. Doesn’t take much to swing a series one way or the other.

What’s nice about the Greinke trade for Astros is that he has more years on his contract so even if Cole leaves in free agency you still have 2 front line starters.

For playoffs this year, a rotation of Verlander, Cole, Greinke and Miley sure looks tout.

That's pretty awesome.

Funny to see guys get some pretty good swings on it, but without the velocity on the pitch coming in they just couldn't power it out of the park.

Boston is now 6 games back of Tampa for the WC2 spot and their starting pitching looks terrible. Going to be tough for them to overcome that deficit as Cleveland has 3 weaklings to beat up on in their Division so I don't see them slipping. Oakland is notoriously a second half team. Tampa continues to hang in there despite some pitching injuries. Cleveland could pass Minnesota but like the tribe the twins have 3 opponents to tee off on. I don't see the Redsox passing 2 of these teams to get a shot at the Wild Card game.

The NL for currently has 8 teams within 6.5 of WC2 and thats without anyone setting much of a pace. Teams at 500 are 2.5 games back.

Josh Donaldson pimped a walk, leaving the batter's box practically as the ball left the pitcher's hand on a 3-0 count. That is a million times more disrespectful (and hilarious) than any bat flip.

Chris Davis being held back from trying to fight his manager in the Orioles dugout? Yikes.

The NL wildcard race is going to be nuts.

The Mets are back in it, the are 19-6 since the break.

The Reds are also charging and with a pitching staff of Wood, Bauer, Gray and Castillo, they could make up some ground.

Looks like the Giants have fallen back down to earth.
