If Minny and Arizona can both win at home tomorrow, the oilers will again be 8 points out of 8th, and 7 points out of 9th. They would then have to pass both of those teams to make the playoffs.
Edmonton is AT Arizona on Saturday, that is 100% must win for them, in any case.

The Canucks won 4-1. The Rangers had two major penalties called on them during the second period. The Canucks managed to score one power play goal.

I was watching the TOI closely. With Koskinen pulled after playing 32 mins I thought there was a chance that McDavid could lead ALL skaters in ice time. I wonder if that’s ever happened, for a forward to play more than the goaltenders...

Lemieux is a guy I would love for the Flames to pick up - watched him a lot when he was in Winnipeg - has lots of tenacity and there is upside as well
That penalty was for being a brick wall that Rousell ran into. Not sure what the ref was thinking
