My two cents.

While I don't think Galchenyuk is worth a ton, I don't think this is a great return for the Preds. Anisimov is close to negative value (sorry Scorp). It isn't bad by any means...

I think the Preds could get a 3rd for Anisimov at the TDL if he has a similar year to this one. Hell, I'd probably give them a 3rd for him. 15 goals in 49 games could make him a 68-69 this year at least.

But Leason was a 2nd last year, Gawdin looks like an NHLer to come, and a 3rd is a 3rd.

You're entitled to your opinion though. But it's not like Galchenyuk at $2.75 is going to be money super well spent either.

I’ll say this - that Chicago 3rd in 2021 is going to be like a late 2nd. That might be enough in return for Gali right there.
