I don't think you can say that. A health emergency, of which there are plenty, doesn't necessarily present upon discovery.
Even cardiac arrest wouldn't necessarily be known or disclosed immediately.

A family friend died last week and nobody knew the cause right off the bat. He had sleep apnea and his machine was faulty, he fell asleep using a temporary machine and ended up having complications and didn't wake up. In his mid 30s.
So, ya, you just don't know until some professionals can shed some light.
RIP Jimmy, sad news.

In clicking around reading the news today, I came across pictures of his kids, and it really hit home. Got quite choked up thinking about those little ones growing up without their father. RIP Jimmy.

Many places if you call 911 you get police, fire and ambulance
They are known as first responders in North America

This really hits hard as a father to a new baby. Whatever the cause, hopefully the family can find some sort of peace.
