Great view of the filming for anybody living in the East Village condos facing north!
Is this just second unit stuff? All the instagram and twitter stuff seems to indicate the filming is done, the main director is done, and Pedro Pascal is back to filming The Mandalorian.
I don't think so, last I read Mandolorian was filming without him for now, he was still in Calgary as of 2 days ago. Last of Us was supposed to be filming all the way until spring
So the one show I've watched that was filmed in downtown Calgary was Fargo S1, and it was very obviously Calgary with some Minneapolis paint thrown on. It'll be interesting to watch a show filmed here that has to do a lot more work to make it not look like Calgary

Driving on the 4th Ave flyover today I paid more attention to the bridge itself and realized the likely reason it was chosen for the show is that it already looks like it's falling apart, no post-apocalypse set dressing needed. They really need to start work on that after the 5th Ave bridge is done

I drove over it the day after filming and you could see some of the residue from the props. It was kinda cool.
