Yeah, I wouldn't want any signs on it. It would be a home based business. I don't plan on actually photographing anyone inside. I just want a place to work out that is away from home and a place to meet my clients. Traffic would be less than a normal person living next door for sure.

A legal answer would be nice. Thanks!

Hey Neeper, I sent you a PM with more information on the zoning. It does allow for some business use.

Edited for Update: Didn't work for Neeper because he wouldn't live there, but in case anyone else is wondering there is some business use allowable, but you have to live in it and then use a small portion for business use. No signage, excessive in and out of customers, excessive vehicles coming to the development etc. are allowed.

We're over 25% sold since opening a little over 2 months ago.

I'll try to answer your questions here instead, since they're fairly general anyway. Hope that works.

-Square footage on the plans is inside only, balconies are bonus
-Prices are subject to change, and do get changed based on sales etc.
-First down payment to hold a home is $5000

We're open 12-6 everyday, but Friday.

We're starting a Bond program at Drake to help make it easier to purchase here. If anyone has been interested, but scared away by deposit requirements this makes it much easier to purchase at Drake.
It will allow you to purchase most of our homes with only $20,000 down until closing in 2013.

New Referral program.
I know some CPers have come by, so I wanted to update this.

We're starting a referral programs, where if you refer a buyer to us they'll get a $1000 credit on their purchase and you'll get a $1000 cash.

You do not have to be a buyer to get the referral, simply need to tell someone about it and have them buy.
Easy $1000 if you have friends looking for a condo; or $10,000 if you have 10


Buyer must use a Realtor for this to apply; as they are seen as referrer if involved.
