McDoodle is likely overtired from playing 100 minutes every game.

1-0 Stars after the 1st. Good job, Dallas. Now please, if you could just score a few more and finish these losers off, that would be swell.
Warmest regards,
All of us.

With McDavid out of the lineup, my prediction for the Gene Principe interview:
"Tyler, the Stars are up 5-0 in the first, if McDavid dresses up right now, how would you manage to defend that lead against McDavid, even at 10% with the flu?"
Tyler:"Gene why are you wearing a doctor's outfit?"

Gene: Tyler, even though Connor isn’t playing tonight, can you tell us what it feels like to play against him? Can you tell us how Connor feels right now? And Tyler, can you please let Connor know how much that you personally miss him, and how his absence has reduced another chance to be dazzled by his crossovers and inspired by his thought provoking and inspirational leadership into a mere hockey game? Did your teammates and Dallas coaches discuss forfeiting the game when you heard that the Connor couldn’t go tonight?

This Oiler's game is so boring. I don't even know why I tried to watch it in the first place.

Serious question: with McLotteryball not playing, does the rest the team even know what to do in that situation? Seeing as their usual game plan consists of "get the puck to McDavid", how do they adjust to him being out of the lineup for any period of time?
I can just picture Hitch and Gully brainstorming before puck drop. One looks at the other and says "so...any ideas? Seriously, I've got nothing. Are we allowed to forfeit?"

Flames fans watching Gully/Oiler hockey seems masochistic. You guys into pain or something? There's better hockey to watch.
