I agree that anything can happen in T20 however India recently destroyed Australia in Australia, I don't see the Aussies standing much of a chance at beating them in India.

So apparently Sportsnet is going to broadcast some matches from this tournament, but damned if I can find a schedule.

I couldn't find anything that said Sportsnet will be carrying any games, any links?

Sportsnet is definitely carrying selected games, but no idea what the schedule is.

No idea about the Sportsnet schedule.

India vs New Zealand on right now though. Evenly played match so far with Kiwis batting first.

NZ is 42/3 in 8 overs.

NZ only managed to get 126.

IND have been rocked by NZ spin; 53-7 after 13 overs BUT they still have Dhoni at the crease.

In for a good finish.

India's top order failed them big time today. Oh well, still match 1 and NZ is a good team. As long as Dhoni is there still have hope.

Dhoni out, game, set, match. NZ win the opener.

I'm assuming that because of the heat and humidity in India the spin bowlers have a bit more of an edge, but this is the first time I've ever seen NZ put 3 spin bowlers in their lineup while also leaving their two best pace bowlers, Boult and Southee, on the bench. It paid off though as Santner, Sodhi and N McCullum were brilliant.

South Asian pitches are usually spin friendly, they don't have a lot of bounce to them but they do turn a lot. Thats why NZ used spin today.

Pitches in Australia/NZ/SA/England are more pace friendly.

Wahab Riaz (150 kph) has a brilliant fast bowling spell during last ODI world cup in Aus-NZ. I doubt you'll see anything like that during this T20 in India.

Pakistan demolished Bangladesh by 55 runs.

England vs West Indies on right now. England batted first and have a good score of 182. West Indies can only hope Chris Gayle plays like the "good" Chris Gayle to beat that.

So Chris Gayle did end up playing like the "good" Chris Gayle, 100 off 48 balls. Third fastest in T20 history. West Indies beat England easily.

Big game right now between the Aussies and Kiwis. NZ got off to a flying start with the bats but had a bit of a collapse before recovering for a respectable 142. It should be a close chase!

Black Caps win by 8, move to 2-0. Surprisingly India and Aus both winless after playing 1 game each, both losing to those pesky Black Caps.

What a match between England and South Africa.

SA - 229 for 4
England - 230 for 8

I think Dale Steyn's time is coming to an end, especially in the limited overs game. Was a class bowler but injuries and age seem to be catching up to him now. Probably the top bowler of his time.

NZ has pretty much already clinched a semi spot after 2 games. Their bowling has been superb.

I can't believe England came back, I assumed it was over when SA was easily cruising past 200. It was the highest run chase ever!

India vs Pakistan tonight should be a good one.

India bounces back with a win over Pakistan. This group is going to be tight, it might come down to net run rate for who advances
