Feels like this Everett teams gets a shutout every fourth game or so. And some of these are very low save shutouts as well.
Are the WHL teams just really poor or are Everett just putting in great defensive efforts?

They are just that good. Also on a 11 game regulation win streak. The class of the Dub right now.

The coach of the Silvertips, Dennis Williams, has an excellent coaching record. They play the right way, for sure.

Looks like no reunion for the Flames and Jeremy McKenna. Signed a 2 year AHL deal with the Leafs.

Cross-posted here for posterity's sake...
The WHL has decided to stagger their awards over the month of May (which started this week). The Del Wilson Memorial Trophy/Goaltender of the Year Award is slated for May 18.
We'll see how our young Mr. Wolf fares.
Next season (when that happens) should be interesting. Wolf has an opportunity to completely run the table again on an individual basis.
Not well-informed on how the perennially strong Everett Silvertips might fare, but a lenghty, victorious 2021 playoff run would cap off a stellar Junior career.

Val-d'Or traded for Pelletier's QMJHL rights, so he won't be back in Moncton if the Flames decide to send him back to Major Junior next season.

I guess they're quite confident Pelletier won't make the NHL next season and that the Q will actually have a season.

I would be shocked if Pelletier made the team.
He had fairly average point totals, despite the fact that his line-mates were just as offensively skilled.
Not saying he was a bad pick. But for a late first round pick to make their team during their +1 draft year, they usually have to have huge years. Pelletier did not.
Plus there's too much depth in front of him. He will probably need to have added 15-20 pounds just to start start the conversation.
