Default Nick Hagman

didnt see this anywhere......

Just thought people might care about Hagman leading the Finns with 4 points for Finland.

I really think this guy is going to play well for us down the stretch and am excited to see another Finn come here and play well.

I am impressed with how tough he is .....after watching him go down in that Dallas game in pain and come back it was pretty obvious this guy has the grit to be here and now its even nicer to see him put up some points at the Olympics and come back with some confidence.

Haven't watched the Finns yet but they're my backup favourite team.

I still have a weird time considering Hagman and the new guys as part of the team. They feel like some stopgaps to me. Maybe the feeling will improve as they play more games in Calgary silks.

Hagman might not get as many points on the third line as he would on the first, but they have the old Dallas Stars third line now with Hagman-Niko Kapanen-Miettinen against the Czechs and I think they might do really well. It's those types of lines that often work for Team Finland.

I remember when I felt that way about Marcus Nilsson and Ville Niemenen!

Hagman has been the only decent forward for the Finns.

He was productive with Mikko Koivu, totally MIA against Sweden. We'll see in tonight's game where he stands in this tournament.

I like his game face.

Hagman drew 4 penalties against Sweden. It isn't his fault everyone else on the team were useless.

Hagman broke the scoreless game to sink the Czeks.

Kipper with 31 saves for the shutout.
It's getting interesting.

Fiesty tonight...chirping at Jagr, being a PITA on a faceoff draw to Zidlicky who threatents to swing his stick at him. Hammers Kaberle near the end and looks like he was going to fight him.

All while leading the Fins in scoring.

You're telling me. I was on a cruise for over two weeks while a the trades were going on. I come back and the Olympics start right away so I couldn't even get caught up on NHL news. I just found out on the weekend Bourque got injured from a cheapshot? And I found out today that Bob Gainey is no longer the Habs GM? I wonder what other hockey news I will learn once the NHL resumes. It'll be five weeks between Flames games for me when I finally get to watch them play next week.
