According to the players it is a true test of the game in all facets....Raymond Floyd called it the perfect golf course before winning the Open in 84.

Also being in the Hamptons and part of extended NYC, there isnt a bigger stage in North America.

It is pretty amazing in person. The elevation changes and course design is absolutley top notch.

Wow did the greens bake since yesterday....

Was gonna say this about 5 holes ago, but started to second guess thinking someone will go low. Pretty sure +1 wins this outright and have a feeling that missed putt by Fleetwood on 18 is gonna haunt him.

Andy North was saying last night they need to stop coming here until they rebuild the greens. The course is very sandy which is helping the greens be so dry and fast.

When said and done the winning score will be right around par which they like.

Reed is really really really easy to dislike.

No one catching Koepka unless a complete meltdown occurs.

Dude is just a machine.

Looks like it will be an uneventful finish. Koepka has ice in his veins.

Yeah. Fleetwood needed to drop one of a couple makeable putts over the last 3 holes. In that early at - 1 would have been a lot different

I think maybe the best thing about Koepka winning is discovering his girlfriend's instagram account. Woooooow.

After all the whining and complaining, the winner finished +1 and the leaderboard was full of great players and former major winners.

Maybe Shinnecock and the USGA did their job just fine. I will take that over -16 every year.

Kind of an odd Sunday with Fleetwood posting +2 so early. It was the opposite of match play, with every player instead focused on getting to that score.

I kind of prefer these scores, it makes birdies really special instead of routine.
