Holy Crap, I landed everyone except Derek Grant. Did anyone go after Cole, or did I bid against myself like a Marx brothers skit?

One other person bid on Cole, for about half what you did. Great find none the less.

Lost out on Hunt, and Grant (by a decent bit).
Happy to pick up Bouwmeester (just in case he officially doesn’t announce his retirement this year, decent player to have on the roster. Decided to take a risk on him. Otherwise won’t be a difficult buy-out.
Picked up Hickey, since he is young enough.
Raffl adds to my forward ranks. Hammond is a backup goalie for me, unfortunately, unless something comes through the waiver wire.
Good find on Cole there!

LA with the win in this Batch, great work.
Glad I was able to fill out my roster. Not the best guys but serviceable.
Went after Pius Suter one batch early...didn't want to miss out. Will see if he turns into anything or not.

Did not do the research some GMs did but happy to add two very cheap, solid DF forwards in Par Lindholm and Riley Nash.

I'm happy with filling out the roster this round. I thought that there would be more bids on the prospects, and picked up two more than I anticipated, but that's a good problem to have.
All of the sudden, i have a pretty full boat.

Note that Joakim Lindstrom was already property of Nashville, therefore that bid is not a winning one.

I looked at Ikonen and Grigorenko this round but decided to not make moves to create space.
Time to start trading.

Sorry if I’m stating the obvious
If you trade Bouwmeester there is no buy out handicap that follows him. It’s only to the team that signed him. So he’s always an asset to trade that has no risk

I put bids in on Ryan and Perrault, happy to get the latter, who I think is a good player when healthy.
A lot of these signings are more about hoping for a player to rebound - and if so - that team has a cheap player for 3 years. So good value signings here.

Thrilled to get Bobby at such a cheap price. Always been a fan of his and I'm sure he'll rebound.

Well, good I didn’t bid on Ryan. Would have lost the bid by 0.02, and had to reduce one of my other bids by his bid amount.

Hey Grant what was the next-highest bid on Bobby?

Happy to land Hunt, Beagle and Karlsson but missed out on Grant, by a lot, and Raffl.
