All of my wife and I's plans for the day fell through in one way or another, so we were sitting at the table and over coffee..."Wanna go to the mountains?"

Now we're back after a nice drive and a walk on some of the trails around Banff. Nice way to recharge the batteries.

I just discovered Flight of the Conchords, and it's incredible.

Got some good news today!! My girlfriend was having some pretty severe health problems lately, and the doctor suspected it was Multiple Sclerosis...

After and MRI this morning and seeing a specialist today it looks like she's just short on Vitamin B12! This can be cured up relativity easily. I'm so thankful it's not MS, these last few days have been really rough.

Amazing how something as simple as a vitamin deficiency can do that. I had all sorts of weird neurological things going on from being celiac which led to a deficiency. Leg numbness, prickling, feet that felt dead, arm pain....Once I started multivitamins, with a B12 along side, within a couple weeks it was a big improvement, and I've been free of them for about 5 years. I only take a multivitamin now. Hope it works as well for your GF!

Thanks everyone for the kind words! She had those same symptoms, both legs were basically paralyzed and felt like she was gonna faint, and sick to her stomach.

It really puts life into perspective, makes you realize what's important when something scary happens to your health

I'm the same way. After the wash I take out my microfibre cloths and wipe it down including all the door jams and then it's off to cleaning the windshield and windows inside and out. Finally brush out all the gravel and stones off the floor mats and a quick wipe down of the interior

I just bought the NHL Center Ice Playoff package and put my two Flames flags on my car. I'm so excited!

My "General Zod for Alberta Premier" sign was delivered today, and it's up in the window! It quite amuses me.

Just wrapped up a big job in Fort Sask and got home just in time for playoff hockey to start. I should have a few weeks off work and the next 6 days I don't plan on doing a damn thing! Going to watch at least 2 playoff games a night and to top it off it's a Formula 1 weekend!

I might not even leave my house. I can't wait.

Ah no problem, I shouldn't assume everyone knows my problems, sorry for being a little confrontational about it.

I bought a Sony Vaio laptop in 2008. I've given it last rights dozens of times. Last night I was sure it was over. But it started up again this morning. It still runs. I don't get it anymore. I've never had it repaired or updated it on purpose. I drop it all the time and have left it plugged in for 7 years. It was like 2500 when I bought it cause that's just how much laptops cost because of technology and portability and stuff. Props to you Sony. You should start making them again.

I love the Unsend button in Gmail. I’m always forgetting attachments and this saves me the embarrassment of sending a second email.
