Keep in mind things are very urgent for Nashville right now, and they're rested whereas the Flames are not.
I think they weathered the storm well, in fact that push was pretty minimal despite Nashville clearly wanting to start well in this one.

Good game so far. This is the kind of games we are gonna get in the playoffs. Hopefully we score more goals than them tonight.
Also, I like the Nashville PBP crew. The call a fun game.

Tkachuk got him good with that one punch, but Cousins also flopped.
Cousins also crosschecked him into the net to knock it off, it's at least a delay of game if not interference / crosschecking.
