I was all happy when I read this but I see China’s lead on GB was only 3 and ended up losing. But the US lost to the Czechs so Canada just needs to TCOB later tonight.

I was only 5 when the Olympics happened here so I obviously don't remember much about them so I looked up some old videos of the downhill. The conditions at Nakiska looked pretty awful with a lot of chattering skis and some pretty bumpy terrain.

It looked like it was at zero to me. This is what I could find as far as rules go:

If a team runs out of time, they will stop delivering stones for the rest of the eight-end game.
