They are shipping out slowly, being their first ever product they haven't developed logistics. I know a few guys in Calgary that have theirs but they were part of the same invite chain. Case of great designers not knowing anything about scaling and distribution atm.

It's going to be invite only for the next month at least if you want one until their production capabilities catch up and they fix the mess of their international distribution network. They've sold tons openly in China. If you want to pay above retail for it (like $50), they are readily available at places like oppomart for the Chinese version (which you'd have to flash the English software onto). Currently the company is saying they are about a month behind schedule sadly.

Held and use an M8 before and the build quality and feel of the OnePlus is on par and exceeds in some areas with better specs and half the price.

Too bad this is such an amateurish company in regards to production and release, this could have been a huge deal in the smartphone world. But by the time most people are actually able to buy one (if that ever happens) the new Nexus will be out and no one will care

True story. My plan is over in November. The wife is content with her S2 (shes crazy), but I wanted this phone so bad. 4 months away though, who knows what will be out by then anyways.

On the forum the projection of current invite rates say about mid-late August everyone currently on the Oneplus forum will have one if they wanted.
EDIT: Though if you want one now I can probably get you one in short order.

Phenomenal device if you can get one. I'll have two more invites coming within the next couple of weeks and now a list of five people so you are on the list

My rule for all of the invites I give out to CP is if there are sharables, at least one of yours has to go back to CP so likely one of the buyers will have one to give you earlier.

Yea thats a crappy campaign... but most of their contests have been not great... Well... bad press is still press I guess.

Well intentioned, but really did these guys really just go online for the first time. Everything turns into bewbs and sex at some point and others will call sexism shortly after.
