DoN card should look something like:
Omega vs. OC
Mox/Kingston vs. Bucks
Shida vs. Britt
Miro vs. Kip
Sammy vs. MJF
Christian vs. Brian Cage
Darby/Sting vs. Scorpio Sky/Ethan Page
Cody vs. Ogogo
Gotta think Hangman gets on there somehow, too, but he doesn't really have a storyline at the moment.

Got 4 of these right. Actual card looks pretty good. The build-up to some of the matches has been a little flat, but the matches themselves should be good.
WHC
Kenny Omega (c) vs. PAC vs. Orange Cassidy
Women's Championship
Hikaru Shida (c) vs. Britt Baker
Tag Team Championship
Young Bucks vs. Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston
TNT Championship
Miro (c) vs. Lance Archer
Stadium Stampede Match
The Pinnacle vs. Inner Circle
Sting & Darby Allin vs. Scorpio Sky and Ethan Page
Hangman Page vs. Brian Cage
Casino Battle Royal

They still have a week for some of the build
The triple threat for the title hasn't had a ton of buildup, but I can sort of see why, they dont want to rush hangman into something with kenny, and in this way the 'wins and losses matter' factors in, and it should be an awesome match
A bit worried about the sting match, I get why they cant do 2 cinematics and the stadium stampede takes its place, but i dont know how many bumps he can take
It's a really strong card though

Some pretty big news for both AEW and wwe
Wwe is doing fans for money in the bank in texas this july, and then summerslam in vegas in august, the si article also says wwe is expected to go back to fans after Mitb leading up to summerslam for raw and smackdown, no mention of nxt but it's in florida where everything is open now, so wouldnt surprise me
Aew is moving to tbs next year, likely due to TNT getting the nhl, is also adding a new show on fridays this august, aew rampage, it's at 10 est so no overlap with smackdown, that starts on tnt but then also moves to tbs next year
TK also said they were adding 4 new 'big event' shows on tnt every year starting in 2022
I'm guessing the big event shows are just like the themes dynamites they have now, but more structured in their time table, and as mini ppvs, that should be good, the one area dynamite struggles is the few weeks post ppv are usually a bit filler, since it's another 3 months till their next ppv, now that they have these things as a midpoint between the PPVs it should help with that

They're likely waiting for fans to do Hangman/Omega. I kind of hope they slow burn it until Revolution next year, but that may be too long. I want Kenny to run with this belt collector gimmick for as long as he can. I'm hoping it leads to a Kenny/Aldis match at some point and then maybe Ibushi down the line.

Sky and Page are both pretty safe workers though, and they've been using the Sting knee injury angle for a few weeks, so I'm sure most of Sting's spots will be mat/submission stuff.

Apparently TBS is available in 3M more homes in the U.S. than TNT, so should help them get more eyes on the product.
In bad news, Will Ospreay suffered a legitimate neck injury and has been forced to vacate the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship. Guy had been having a phenomenal run dating back to last year, so really sucks for him and NJPW.

Ya I don't think Kenny loses for awhile, he has the match with Andrade at AAA in August too
The TBS thing will also mean no more timeslot moves for NBA playoffs, next week's dynamite is moved to Friday, which in the week before a ppv is not ideal
I think it's a net positive

WWE and Adnan Virk have already parted ways. He just didn't fit in and it always felt like he relied on Graves and Saxton to commentate.

Surprised it was this quick but he just lacked the excitement in his voice, just an odd fit from the start
McAfee on the other hand is a complete natural
Assume tom Phillips is back on raw now? He was so good in the first place, never understood why he was gone

Totally agree. I didn't see it coming, but I really like where this could go.
If NXT can do storylines like this (a storyline that is so simple in nature), why can't the main rosters?

Tom Phillips released by WWE. I think he's a really good announcer and would love to see him replace JR on Dynamite but highly doubt that happens.

I've actually really enjoyed the Grimes story line, and the failed million dollar challenges. I wasn't a big fan of his at first, but he's really fallen into something that's a ton of fun.

Welp, everyone on Dynamite tonight was high on cocaine, especially Tony Khan, so that was cool.

WAtching the first NXT Takeover that match between Charlotte and Nattie. And the Zayne vs Breeze fight are unblievable.
Also really miss Paige.

Hes excellent I'm shocked, was hoping they'd go back with him on raw, when he was with graves and saxton in the past it was a great combination
AEW should hire him tomorrow, even if it's just to do dark or the new friday show, and then like you say have him replace JR, sooner than later
