I thought that trade sucked so bad when the Habs made it but it's looking pretty great right now.

Everyone said the Atlantic would suck this year outside of the Top 3 but they are looking just as strong as the Central at this point.

Any single point earned by the Flames in their two games in hand moves the Flames ahead.

Come on, Montreal. You have just one line to worry about and you'll win the game.

Just goes to show what a fresh start and premium ice time can mean for young players. They get their confidence up and get on a roll. Domi already has more goals than all of last season.

And this is why we don't give up on Bennett and deal him for crap all. Wouldn't surprise me if he went to a poor team and got more ice time and broke out offensively. I'd rather he does that with us long term.

Canucks started to play like we all expected, but they have played the most games in the NHL and 13 of the 20 have been on the road + injuries. So maybe fatigue has caught up to them.

Sharks are going to win the division again. So sick of them and the Ducks.

Must be nice when the refs help you out every night.

Already 2 PP's for them tonight while nothing called against them.

Which means we get Price on Thursday. I’ll pretend I’m an HF Oilers poster:

“Must be nice to have a soft schedule and play every team’s backup

But seriously Price is beatable if we play well, his stats aren’t great this year.

Seriously. There’s no team in the world that goes 5 straight periods and counting without an infraction. Must be nice to be coddled.

The Kings are down 5-1 half way through the game. When do they start making some big moves? I know they're missing their top 2 goalies right now, but they look pretty awful.
