Default Flames jobbed by officiating. Lose 3-1 to the Sharks.

Wow. Impossible to win when you have to play against your opposition and the refs. Smitty was great, team was better in the 3rd but they were absolutely jobbed by officiating. San Jose should feel real proud about this win.

World's best game, world's worst league.

That's embarrassing stuff from the officials.

That was bad. Hockey happens fast. But there was an infraction a minute against the sharks in the last 5 of the game. And they all were easy to call and they all were missed or ignored.

Hopefully that shakes back out over the course of the season, but that was a tough way to end the road trip

Pathetic refs. Just a disgrace. Peters need to call them out big time.

Close game even though the Flames didn't have their best game. Plenty of chances.

I don't care how good Smith played. We would have won if we started Rittich.

Flames need to frankly ask the league about the non-calls, particularly the ignored delay of game

Disgusting officiating. Even by NHL standards, that was embarrassing.

At least Smith was good.

It took 5 seconds to see that was a penalty. Not sure why the league doesnt have questionable calls like that reviewed.

That game just leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Janko and Bennett have are completely incapble of scoring goals, and the NHL refs are blind to any infractions that are towards the Flames. Only decent thing was Smith didn't have a terrible game for once.

Bad road trip in regards of offensive production. Lack of finish for the team right now.

Yeah, the Zebras definitely helped slant the ice in one direction tonight. Brutal.

If you knew before hand they would only score four goals on this three game trip you probably take the 1-2 record. They were simply snake bitten offensively in these three games. Officiating certainly was suspect but we saw what this team looks like when the first line isn't going and other players need to step up.

There has to be some kind of accountability for refs. NFL does it. NHL needs to.

Flames didn't get a call, but let's face it: Flames jobbed themselves.

Smith played really well, but Jones played even better.

Refs aside, I can't say I loved any Flames skater tonight. Maybe Hathaway.

Meh, I am ok with the loss, given the effort in the 3rd.

The flames were pretty crap most of the night. Won't win them all, onto the next one.

The missed call sucks, but the Flames played really poorly tonight. Bennett missed a penalty shot, and too many opportunities blown just like the Anahiem game. Too many important players not contributing on the scoresheet right now.

Horrible officiating but I don't think Calgary wins this one no matter what. Just had that we are gonna lose feeling from the get go.
