Is that on the Flames, or is this also relative to the number of Finnish players there are in the NHL?

Yeah, I get that. What I’m interested to know if the seemingly low number of games played by Finnish players in Calgary is the norm. How does it compare to their teams?

Still not sure how Vesa Viitakoski didn’t turn into a real good player. Big, huge shot, I really liked him the first couple times I saw him. But then he just never panned out. Much disappointment.

I too was a Vesa Viitakoski hopeful, also Marko Jantunen as well.

Amazing the Ville Nieminen had such a positive impact, for only playing 19 regular season games.

Yup, Regehr, born in Brazil while his parents were on a mission, but through and through a Canadian in just about every single way.

Can anyone tell me....who is the Paraguayan we had? I have zero idea who that could be.

Played more playoff games than regular season games for the Flames. 19 regular season to 24 playoff. Plus, the nature of that run and his role made it a very memorable 24 games.

Also, the scariest game face in the history of hockey...

Does a photo of Nemo exist where he doesn't have that insane look on his face?

Spoiler!

Rittich officially gets the start tonight.

Hope he has a great game or a meltdown will ensue.
