The only 'Flames' items I can find locally are pucks.

Anyone coming down from Calgary that could do me a solid? Pick me up a Retro Gio? I'd PayPal you in advance.
Have you checked out the American NHL shop?

https://shop.nhl.com/calgary-flames/...134761523?rs=1

They have to have some fast shipping compared to Canada.

Really considering heading out for game 3, got some aeroplan points to use up. Wouldn’t mind being around other flames fans. Any good sections for away fans?

It's like that website is run by the Oilers... No Good.

Back to full panic.

All I know is that they have Johnny jerseys that have free next day shipping.

I really do like me some Johnny, but he's not quite jersey worthy yet

Bump....anyone got some some good places to go to eat/drink before the game? Prefer walking distance to the Pepsi center if possible.

16th St Mall is like a poor man’s Stephen Ave. Lots of choices(Mellow Mushroom for Pizza is my fave). It’s less than a 10 min walk to PC.

Try the Rhein Haus walking distance, reasonable and good beer and food:

1706, 1415 Market St, Denver, CO 80202

Don't like German food, try Lucky Pie Pizza and Taphouse:

1610 16th St Mall, Denver, CO 80202

Russell's Smokehouse is a solid option - I went there before the game in October

Wouldn't recommend the Rein house mentioned below - went there twice and wasn't impressed either time tbh

FWIW, I managed to get tickets in section 232, row 3. Pretty much center ice on the bench side, but up high. I'll be sporting the white retro Mike Vernon tonight. GO FLAMES GO!

Colorado is a beautiful state, lots to do if you're into the outdoors, but not really known for their food IMO.

Euclid Hall Bar & Kitchen is not bad for an after work, pre game meal. Walkable to Pepsi center.

Got back from the game an hour ago. Besides the terrible outcome, the Avs fans are pure class. Of course there will be some jeers and taunting when the Flames were getting a beatdown, but nothing crossed the line. I have been to 26 of 31 (5 left!) away buildings to watch the boys, and Colorado fans are passionate but respectful. Just like the faithful at the 'Dome. Hopefully my trip, and the team, will have a more enjoyable outcome on Wednesday. GFG!

Edit: Forgot to mention. Where my seats were located i had a neat interaction with the "Black Aces", and i also took walked to the concourse with Gelinas. Pretty neat. Everything went downhill after the anthem.

Sorry you had to witness that firsthand.

Agreed. Everyone was pretty respectful there. However, at work this morning, the fair weather fans are coming out of the woodwork to remind me of what happened. Just have to grin and take it!

Was about to relay the same thing.

Awful result and showing aside for us, the fans were fantastic. And I really enjoyed the atmosphere there, very loud and the way they reacted to Makar coming onto the ice...chills.
