All of Alberta and Saskatchewan as well as the NWT and Nunavut are in both the Flames and Oilers regions (SK and the territories are also in the Jets region). If you live in the Flames territory, you also live in the Oilers territory and will be able to watch any game either team plays.
Depending on which Sportsnet Now package you subscribe to, you'll either get normal regional blackouts with the Standard package or no blackouts with the Premium package.
The Standard package is the same as subscribing to Sportsnet through your cable provider. You will get any games that are available on Sportsnet nationally (including HNIC and the playoffs) plus any regional Flames and Oilers broadcasts. Regional Canucks and Leafs games will be blacked out on their Sportsnet channels (if they're playing the Flames or Oilers, the games should be available on SNW).
With the Premium package, someone living in the Flames/Oilers region should be able to watch every NHL game either as a national broadcast, a Flames/Oilers regional broadcast, or an out-of-market regional broadcast.
People who live in the Jets, Senators, Habs, or Leafs regions would need to separately subscribe to TSN to get those regional games, but that's not an issue for people who live in Alberta (or BC because SN also owns the Nucks regional rights) because all rights are owned by Sportsnet.
