Unless Nashville is a wildcard team they wont be playing them till the 3rd round. I doubt Nashville wil be a wildcard team.

Gaudreau (90) - Monahan - (75) - Neal (45)
Tkachuk (60) - Backlund (45) - Lindholm (45)
Bennett (25) - Jankowski (30) - Frolik (30)
Dube (25) - Ryan (30) - Czarnik (25)
Brouwer (15)

Gio (45) - Brodie (40)
Hanifin (30) - Hamonic (20)
Andersson (20) - Stone (15)

Smith - (3)

I don't think they will rely nearly as much on generating offense from the blue line this year, and everyone but Brodie and Giordano will feel it.

From President Trophy winner to Wildcard? Did Nashville even lose anyone from their team this year? I'm drawing a blank.

I think Rinne is going to simply have a meltdown thats all. Do not trust him. Do not know why just have a weird feeling.

Even if Rinne has a meltdown they have Saros though. An injury to Forsberg would be devastating but that's about all that I could see lead to a 20 point collapse from last season.

I mean Hartnell was their big loss, and that's only if they don't re-sign him the 36 year old.

They replaced Hartnell with their #1 pick in 2018 trade for Ryan Hartman coming off back to back 31 pt seasons with no PP time. They also have Eeli Tolvanen who is pretty highly regarded as one of best prospects league wide.

Not a lot of weakness there. Rinne had a few bad games against the Jets / but is not facing a top-8 in the league team most games.

Sarros is just waiting for his chance to take the net. Even if Rinne falters sarros steps in.
