Interesting morning so far.

Goerges blew a match point in the 2nd.

Osaka is down a set and a break to Bencic. Osaka got caught up in the hype the other night. Shes got nothing today.

The stone face from Osaka during the hand shake says it all. She is not impressed.

Not that she should be looking past anyone she'll have to face, especially Bencic, but Bianca now looks pretty clear until the final. Even there, there's literally no one left in this tournament I don't have a healthy Bianca beating.

I pray to god that TSN is smart enough to use the international feed rather than the EPSN feed for Andreescu-Townsend.

Mertens cruised past Ahn pretty easily there.

I’m excited to salt my dinner with commentator tears, so bring on the ESPN crew

So you didn't watch Ahn-Mertens, eh? The American lost 6-1 6-1 and literally the only thing they could talk about was how much money Ahn made this tournament and how much more she's going to make next year.

It was like watching an Oilers broadcast.

Nothing much to talk about on the playing surface for their favourite

I don't understand how Zverev manages to keep his top ten ranking. All he seems to do is lose to players he should beat.

Hes got the 1300 bonus points from winning the year end ATP finals. But once those are gone he'll struggle to get a top 8 seeding.

Exactly what I'm thinking right now... How did they screw this up so badly? Wasn't the Osaka match at 10:00 a.m. the previous match on Ashe? How is Bianca's being pushed back an hour? Unless they just assumed Nadal Cilic would be over in 2 hours or less, maybe?
