I doubt this is the last time this year Jagr is going to need a few games off. If that opportunity comes up again, and this guys still clipping through the AHL as he is would this be a good fit for the Bennett - Jankowski line?
I haven't seen him play, but would be interested if those more in the know think his style would be a compliment here.

Great to see him breaking out offensively.
I've always liked him because he's a bit of a jerk and plays a very chippy and aggressive style despite being on the smaller side.
Hope we see him in the bigs at some point this season. He's a keeper for sure.

If Glass and Stajan can actually play well on the 4th line, I'd rather them and Brouwer give us a 4th line to roll when we need it.
Now that we legitimately have options at F, I'd like to see call-ups be more in the mindset of 'who works best' in that spot rather than warm bodies.

Does anyone know where I can find AHL advanced stats?
I'm a HUGE Mangiapane fan and even though I'm sure his production will cool off a bit, I wanna see if his production so far this season is as expected based on his advanced stats or if he's been super lucky

If he's a Paccioretti or Kadri, great. A Brad Moran, not so much.

Last 3 October winners were on NHL rosters the following year and still are. Playing well in Leipsic, Shore and Wideman. I like this trend.

I fear this may be the year Jagr finally breaks down. Hope not!

This is great news. I would let him continue to dominate the AHL and give him a few call-up games during the season. Then I would give him a real chance to make the team in 2018-2019.
Mangiapane-Jankowski --> Could be a solid duo moving forward for the Flames
