I'm putting money down on Marcel Bellefeuille for the Montreal job ( Herb Zurkowsky reported Montreal asked to interview a number of BC coaches). He also speaks French.

Thinking of my Christmas list here. What's the best way to go about getting a new authentic Allen Pitts red with white lettering jersey?

eBay? https://m.ebay.ca/itm/Signed-Calgary...UAAOSwEEBaClsp

I also have a Starter XL blank red jersey from that era if you wanted to get that crested with PITTS 18

Thanks TVP. I just might reach out. I saw the eBay ones but just worried they’re very used. Wondering if there was a more official route since the Stamps store isn’t giving me any luck.

Sure -- I'll have to doublecheck but I believe mine is new with tags. The autographed Pitts jersey also looks like it's in pretty good condition -- note that the cresting is heat sealed, not sewn tackle twill.

The Stamps store likely wouldn't have anything in terms of older stock; you could either take it to Great Plains to get crested or Josh (Kolbe31 on CP) might be able to do it.

I feel the same way. I don't think Kavis Reed have a clue in managing or even coaching this team. Montreal should go after Lapolice. He did a heck of a job with elevating Nichols game. He is also an offensive guy. I like Calvilo as a player but not sure as a coach.

But I'm not sure if LaPolice would want to go to that mess though, he is a nice place now, isn't his families are in Winnipeg? Why would he want to go to a team with no QB, and have an idiot as GM?

LaPolice signed an extension over the summer (publicly it just came out last week) to remain with the team for the 2018 season.

I don't see him going anywhere any time soon as hes married to a girl from Winnipeg.

Finch, Daniels, and Richardson have NFL workouts lined up.

Stampeders general manager John Hufnagel has received requests from NFL teams to workout three players from the 2017 roster: Roy Finch, DaVaris Daniels and Shaquille Richardson.

No surprise there. Finch and Daniels probably won't be back. Richardson will probably have to try out at a different position.

Found this "old" video from 2014: https://www.stampeders.com/2014/12/1...-season-recap/

Lots of good players on that team: Cornish, Lewis, Simpson, Raymond, Bennett, etc.

Finch and Daniels should definitely get offers -- whether they can stick is another question. Both have NFL talent for sure IMO.

Calgary has signed Calgarian and Dinos receiver Michael Klukas.

The Calgary Stampeders have signed national receiver and Calgarian#Michael Klukas.

Klukas recently completed his fifth and final season with the University of Calgary Dinos, during which he made 46 catches for 739 yards in eight games. He shared the team lead with seven receiving touchdowns and had four 100-yard games including a season-high 129 yards and two touchdowns in a Sept. 16 contest against Manitoba.

Over five seasons (2013-17) with the Dinos, Klukas had 82 receptions for 1,253 yards. He also saw special-teams action with the Dinos and in 2015 he returned a punt 110 yards for a touchdown against UBC.

Klukas is an alumnus of Calgary’s St. Mary’s High School.

KLUKE! He'd be a great Canadian replacement for stone hands Parker. He's also a great dude even tho he beat me out for the Calgary Touch Football League TD scoring title this past season. I'd better be next on Huffs negotiating list.

Good news...

David William Naylor@TSNDaveNaylor
According to CFL sources, Calgary defensive co-ordinator DeVone Claybrooks will remain with the Stamps next season. Was considered strong candidate for vacant Montreal head coaching job. #CFL #Stamps

Huff taking no time off so far, keeping Wiggan in the red and white.

I like the kid, yeah it was a bad fumble at the worst possible time, but he's a darn good receiver for the Stamps. There's a chance that Daniels may be going to the NFL and who knows if McDaniel will be back, so that would be a heck of a lot of turnover if Jorden wasn't returning as well.

Not a fan. This team has never had shortage of receivers. They needed to make an example out of this and they failed. Failure will be allowed to continue.

It wasn't just one fumble; he had multiple drops, also showboated into the end zone on the first score of the Grey Cup. He got enough balls thrown his way to pad his stats otherwise it was an awful game from him and should've been allowed to move on.

Lemar Durant re-signed.

@calstampders:
receiver @Lemarvelous23, who was eligible to become a free agent in February, has re-signed with the Stamps! https://t.co/DbyyyEpOFM]
