crystal palace were 20/1 and leicester 7/1

so parlay that?

$1 x 21 x 8 = $168

No offense to the Liverpool fans but I sure hope they lose their next two games. Would likely leave us with three teams within one point with 17 games left (plus Chelsea would be like 5 points back). Would be awesome to have a real barn burner with pressure week in and out coming in.

Have you had a look at the run-in that Liverpool has? Incredibly easy. I want to optimistic and hope for some magic, but the reality is that if Liverpool wins their next two things only get easier for them from there. Not that they can't screw it up, and it will be hilarious if they do, but playing teams like Huddersfield and Cardiff that's unlikely.

We're half way through the season, how is the run-in easier for one club vs another?

I assume he means Liverpool have more home games left against top six than the chasing pack. But the easy counter to that of course is Liverpool are on 51 points and six ahead despite playing a harder first half schedule than the rest. But there are many teams who on any day can win. West Ham, Leicester, Bournemouth, Wolves, Everton, they all have enough quality to win one match against the top six teams. The last week should show us we can't really assume anything, Liverpool look great now but in a week could be tied at the top. I just hope we get a real battle for it, last couple years have been over by the end of January.

Of course you can’t assume anything and everyone plays each other twice. I’m not saying the schedule is unfair or anything. It’s just reality though; some teams have easier teams toward the end as opposed to others and of course there are stretches in the season where you’d prefer to okay some teams. I would have rather met United a few weeks ago as opposed to now for example. I would prefer to play City today as opposed to a month ago. I think that’s pretty standard.

It's insane how much easier their schedule is

As of right now they dont have to play 1 team ahead of them on the table....

How's that fair???

I suppose Spurs were always gonna Spurs. But full credit to Wolves, they've been excellent this second half.

That's a tough one for spurs... Wolves spent way beyond their means this year, I think almost 100 million euros. They've got a new daddy warbucks owner. Think everyone is going to hate them in a couple years, they are a legit banana peel now.

Congratulations!

Spurs just looked bagged in the second half and couldn’t contain the counter at all by the end. Could have spread some the goals out this holiday season!

Good win for Brighton as well just as things were seeming to look up for Everton.

It looked like around the 65th minute or so the Spurs decided that they weren't goiing to get 4 this game, soo might as well take the 1-0 win. Also, the Wolves subbing out Traore and bringing on Moutinho was big - Traore ran hard and wore down the defenders, but is very limited in terms of quality...

These two teams giving us a lesson on how to not play out from the back so far. Liverpool get punished first.

Traore is a bit like Sissoko. They have these great runs to put the fear of God into the defenders, but no end product. I think you need guys like that though.

Wolves played well. Even in the first half they didn't just sit back. I mean the possession was lop-sided, but they didn't purely stack the box. After Spurs went up 1-0 they did though; and particularly after half they basically showed nothing going forward and the equalizer was building. It sucks to give it up on a corner, but that's the Tottenham way this year.

Neither team looks like they are done scoring for the day.
