Where can this be viewed? Just in case I'm "in the neighbourhood" someday I might want to see this hilarity in person!

German news outlet "Der Spiegel" is doing a 4 piece series about Man City and their shady business, calling for investigations and severe punishment by UEFA. Some damning allegations in there, but nothing about this is particularly surprising. And they'll get away with it of course.

City's shady dealings are the worst kept secret.

They effectively own a whole host of subsidiary clubs all over the world and they just use every loophole in the book.

Its actually a really interesting case study in 'Legal Corporate Fraud.'

There's no question that what City has built there is impressive. It's fun for fans and all that. But it's so over the top, and everyone knows its financial doping that I don't know if anyone really cares? It's just kind of accepted for what it is, if that makes sense? Everyone knows they're cheating and like Locke says above, it's the worst kept secret, but no one really cares. It's kind of "City will win the league this year and let's see if they have a challenger".

btw, Der Spiegel also did a piece on City/PSG/oil money in general last week. Interesting read too.

All the preseason hype for Fulham sure seems ridiculous in hindsight.

I really hoped that Spurs were signing Sessignon last summer and in windows before that. After seeing him in the PL, he has a long way to go.

I didn’t see the Watford/Saints game this morning, but those highlights show some egregious reffing. Poor Charlie Austin was livid in the post game interview and I agree; clearly a good goal and it was called back. I don’t love VAR, but seeing game changing decisions blown is going to see it in the PL sooner rather than later.

Feels like another United comeback incoming. Have done what they've needed to so far to do it again.

Chelsea/Everton a 0-0 draw was about the best that could be hoped for.

Now come on you Wolves!

not too disappointed, it's pretty much what I expected. Would have loved to beat those cheaters but was always a long-shot. Deserved result of course, no question about it.

8th place and -2 in goal differential now after a ~third of the season. When dit this stop being unacceptable at United?

Its not even just that but moreso the fact that this is the result and they've gotten away with a few lucky ones.

If I'm Lukaku I'd want out. I watched the last ~15 or so minutes and he was just kind of jogging around. Completely switched off and unengaged.

Hes way too good for that.

Ahahaha! Yes...I dont even know what to make of that. Its Pogba's fault that Fellaini had to play the whole game so Mourinho couldnt bring on his 'Secret Weapon' with 25 minutes left?

He knows that he has other good players right? Theres nothing Fellaini can do that Lukaku cant.

kind of obvious, isn't it? He needs an excuse, so he blames an injury. At the same time it's another subtle dig at the spending and his perceived weakness of the squad he has. Both is hilarious when you consider that Fred, a 50m midfield signing, was on the bench for 90 minutes yesterday.

but hey, since mediocrity is apparently now accepted at United, he should stop talking about City and think about how he can get ahead of the likes of Bournemouth and Watford.

I also like how he assumes City were actually reeling there after they allowed their only shot on target due to their own goalkeepers error, even though they immediately took the game to United again. United pretty much didn't have a single even half threat in open play.

This season is just hell for you isnt it. Just when you think they're about to get rid of him they string some improbably wins together and then sink right back where they were before.

All the while with Mourinho constantly whining about money and spending despite the fact that hes spent plenty, just not all that well.

That's the sad thing right now for United fans, as much as they've spent they still need a whole lot more on that roster if they wanna consistently compete simply for top four, let alone challenge City. And changing managers alone might not even do much, the issues with United are far more than just the manager.

that's Mourinhos biggest achievement: convincing people that this team is not good enough. Hilarious and depressing at the same time that people fall for his BS.
