This will be a competitive series to some degree. I expect that the Leafs will expose the lack of high end talent on the Bruins for at least two game, maybe 3. Matthews and crew will have a distinctive edge in finishing chances compared to Boston. However, I think the team play, defense, and goaltending are just too strong for Boston. Bruins in 7.

I was surprised to see it's been 5 years since the Leafs last lost to the Bruins in the first round. Time to bring back the classics.
Bruins in 7 after some kind of embarrassing collapse by the Leafs.

Bruins again for the Leafs. Oooooof. It’s laughable at this point, how this keeps happening. Maybe the Leafs can finally slay the bear?

This one could go either way, but I do think Boston wins in 7. Marchand makes a difference. Plus better puck moving defence helps a lot. Leafs could very well lose their confidence on defence and goaltending issues. If Leafs win first game it'll go to 7. If they lose in the first game I say Boston does it in 6. That defence and goaltending has a lot to be desired with a team rolling 3 lines.

It's too late in the season for him to switch teams.
