Schmeichel the real MVP. Two penalty saves in this tie.

He staunchly refused to adapt.

The Russian Football Premier League (RFPL) has banned Rostov from playing on the pitch at their Olimp-2 stadium until the state of the surface improves. Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho complained about the playing surface ahead of his side's 1-1 Europa League draw at Rostov last week.
Mourinho said UEFA had dismissed his complaints that the pitch was dangerous, but the RFPL committee that oversees pitches in the league has since deemed the surface to be unacceptable.
The RFPL said in a statement that Rostov will not be able to play at their Olimp-2 stadium until the pitch meets its playing surface standards.

When Russian standards are higher than UEFA's.

Miami-Dade Commissioner Xavier Suarez said on Monday that the county should consider using the site designated for Miami United's new arena for affordable housing as David Beckham's planned MLS franchise bid stalls.

Beckham had his franchise plans, tentatively called Miami Beckham United, cleared in 2014, but has struggled to reach a deal with Miami-Dade County over a new stadium and his plans could be delayed until 2019.

Where do I sign up to play for 'Miami Beckham United?'

Leicester as the last English team in CL would be pretty hilarious. City's defense is a disgrace.

Pep outsmarting himself once again. Playing a single CM (Fernandinho) is a hilariously stupid idea, hats off.

Getting to watch Pep and City fail together is almost too much.

Monaco are an extremely talented team and fun to watch. Great full backs in Sidibe and Mendy, hardnosed midfielders in Bakayoko and Fabinho, spectacular wingers in Lemar and Bernardo Silva and probably the biggest talent in world football right now in Mbappe. Bit shame they'll probably get picked apart in the summer.

That was a pretty sad effort for City in that half. No shot they score a goal if they bring that effort the second half.

I hope Monaco don't collapse like they did in the first leg.

Well they didn't really collapse, but poor effort from them so far this half.

they're tired, just like in the first leg. Dominating City like that is a tiresome job, they've run a lot and now the tank is empty again. 30 minutes each are probably enough for City to go through, which is a damn shame.

But Bakayoko! Yes!

if someone just started following the sport last may

Leicester being the last English team left in the CL is going to make a ton of sense...
