Slow start, but I think they expect to do good things this year- especially if they get the services of Cayden Lindstrom back. In the summer, they traded Tomas Mrsic for Ryder Ritchie, which is a huge upgrade in my book, and they added some fantastic imports in D Nilopekka Muhonen, and a favorite of mine in D Veeti Vaisanen. They also added another player I really like in D Bryce Pickford, who is currently leading the team in scoring, with 5 points in 4 games. The Tigers finished 7th overall in 2023-24, and I would dare to predict that they will do much better this year.

Basha is very likely to turn pro after this year, with the ELC signed and turning 20 in Nov 2025.
Hopefully they go on a long this year. They probably have McKenna only for this year and next.

Tigers were ranked #1 in the entire CHL in the pre-season rankings. Expectations are very high for them this season.
Definitely off to a slow start though, struggling against a team in the Rebels that is basically their kryptonite at this point.

slow start for them for sure. Lindstrom isn't back for them yet, and Ritchie hasn't scored a point so far ... but I'd imagine they'll get up to speed at some point. Stacked group.

With Yakemchuk being returned to the Hitmen, is there a chance will Hurtig be paired with him?

Anything is possible, but considering their roles, I would think there’s better options- perhaps Dax Williams or Reese Hamilton?
