You'd probably also need at least one new bridge from the north (maybe somewhere near Richmond Island). The access from Bridgeport could probably also be re-vamped to limit the traffic - connecting the 91A to a wider bridge there so you don't have to get off the highway and stop at a light would be helpful, although that's true regardless of whether there's a new ferry terminal.

It all has to go through Richmond anyway, it just goes right through the middle and through the tunnel now as opposed to missing that entirely if you fed it into the airport, if you put the thing onto a working network of public transport I doubt many would bother with their cars, the reason we all take our cars to the Island is so we can get to and from the Ferry.

Well he has the whining part down. And leaping for catches has to assist with diving skills.

I'm a massive Raider fan (I know) and I'd love to see Lucic square him up.

Default Vancouver is No Good 2

Micheal Ferland makes his preseason debut with the Canucks v. Edmonton tonight. He already killed Colby Cave with a big hit in the first minute.

Are you talking about that hit in front of the Oilers net? That wasn't much of a hit.

Thoughts on the Canucks 50th Anniversary of Failure patch?

I quite like it. Simple, elegant and clean. Not exactly the embodiment of this franchise.

I cited it when the Flames' own anniversary logo was unveiled. Very on-brand to the franchise's beginnings.
