Blues have seen a slew of injuries this year and have put them behind the 8 ball as far as the standings go.
I'd be willing to move Ovechkin and Backlund. Both expiring deals this year.

Flames have a long rebuild ahead but do have a few strong assets that are available.
Anyone looking for a #1, Bobrovsky is one of the highest rated goalies in the entire league and is available, either in a 1 for 1 or in a package for youth.
The depth of the team is garbage but we do have 3 70+ rated fwds.

Willing to move any of the three for youth packages. Adam Larsson is also avail on D.

NEED: Looking for futures, will also do depth moves but it's Zach Smith and it's not going to change the world
RW Wayne Simmonds 68ov - 1 year @ 8M
FACTS: Wayne has a atrocious contract but brings team depth to any team he joins
NEED: Any trade involving Simmonds will have to get creative to manage the cap in the deal. Because of the difficultly of the deal the return for Simmonds will take a back seat. If the deal doesn't handcuff the 'Canes then there's interest
D Duncan Keith 72ov - 3 years @7.5M
FACTS: Old man Kieth is still getting No.1 minutes in Chicago and because of that he'll still have a No.1 D rating. He brings a top pairing D that can eat up huge chucks of ice, plus his old age brings a veteran pretense. Not many player in this league played with Gordie Hiowe
NEED: Open to idea's, the 'Canes love having Kieth and are perfectly happy to have him as our 3rd D. But the Hurricanes suck @$$ and are pretty much wasting his talents. If a deal makes sense then maybe the Hurricanes have to give the old guy another shot at a cup.
