Montreal with only 16 skaters dressed facing the Panthers. Montreal with the 4th worst GA/G and Panthers with the 2nd best GF/G.

It's going how you might predict so far. Bennett scores 30 seconds into the game, assisted by Duclair and the ridiculously red hot Jonathan Huberdeau. Horrible defense by the Habs. 1-0 Panthers.

Later on, Paquette is absolutely destroyed in front of his net by Bennett. Didn't seem dirty, but Paquette's head snapped back pretty bad because he was staring at a puck in his feet.

LOL, then, of course, Bobrovsky let's in the first shot against. Nice deflection by Drouin in front, but it seems like this will be one of those sloppy, high-scoring afternoon games.

Can someone explain why the Leafs are able to play a game at home, while other Canadian teams' games at home got postponed? Or is it exempt when a Canadian team plays a Canadian team?

Winnipeg vs Calgary Dec 31st game was postponed so can't see it being exempt being Canadian teams.

The Jan 11th and Jan 15th home games for the Flames are postponed. The Jan 13th isn’t yet. The postponed games are against American teams, whereas the one on the 13th is against Ottawa. It might be that they are allowing all canadian match ups to continue in the short term.
