There was no debate.

He asked a question, stated it as OT and I answered it. The huge manatee.

Anyways back OT, pretty tragic way to be found, don't imagine the circumstances around his death are natural... But speculative at this point. Will have to wait for a coroners report I assume.

Wow I never would have guessed he was 49. Tragic news for sure, my wife will be crushed.

Yeah same, I thought he had to be under 40.

Sad news for sure.

I was stunned when I read this. If someone is responsible I sure hope they are caught.

According to his Mom, he fell to his death walking in his sleep. Very tragic.

Wow, that's a bizarre way to go, if true.

A 6 story fall would've caused severe trauma and been an easily identifiable cause of death though. Be interesting to see the full story when it comes out.

That would be one of the most bizarre ways to go I have ever heard of.

I feel really bad for Steven and his mother.

It's possible I suppose but it also possible that she just wants to believe that he fell while sleepwalking and can't deal with the alternative.

As an occasional sleepwalker, this is actually a fear of mine when I sleep in high rise apartments, that until now I thought was completely irrational.

Strange, but not impossible - we know someone who sleepwalks and was staying in a friend's house. He was unfamiliar with the house's layout, fell down a flight of stairs and broke a few ribs.

There is a comic who talks about sleepwalking in part of his act, I think it's Mike Birbiglia. Mentioned falling out of a window once, sleeps in a sleeping bag all zipped up.
