Yeah Bane says "5 months by my calculation" when referring to the decay of the core.

LOL...

This is the biggest gripe for me:

Quote:
JOSEPH meets CHRISTIAN BALE, still hobbling around.

JOSEPH GORDON-LEVITT
Look, I know it's been eight years, but Batman needs to return
.
CHRISTIAN BALE
Wait, what? How do you know I'm Batman?

JOSEPH GORDON-LEVITT
I met you a long time ago, and I could tell by the look in your eyes that you missed your dead parents. So I deduced that you dress like a bat and beat up criminals.

One could argue that the bomb became unstable at a certain point (5 months) which made it explosive. As long as you set the timer for sometime after those 5 months, it's plausible. Makes sense to me.

The Dark Knight Rises comes out on Blu-Ray and DVD on December 4:

http://insidemovies.ew.com/2012/09/2...ray-exclusive/

Quote:
Christopher Nolan’s Batman epic The Dark Knight Rises will be released on Blu-ray combo pack, DVD, and digital download on Dec. 4, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Group announced exclusively to EW.

The last film in Nolan’s dark, gritty Gotham City trilogy, starring Christian Bale, Anne Hathaway, and Tom Hardy as brutal villain Bane, will also be available in a limited edition Blu-ray Bat Cowl collectible package — not quite in time for your Halloween costume, but there’s always next year.

And I was kind of hoping for an Ultra Deluxe Edition where they simply sent me a duffel bag with some rope and a GPS device inside and it was up to me to follow it to the coordinates and my Bluray would be in some bat filled cave somewhere. I would definitely pay extra for that, especially if it led to a replica batcave. Too much to ask?

I was hoping they'd come out with a promotion where you pay extra for a Christian Bale autograph and personalized message of up to 4 words.
