Vrbata also used to always have a great game against the Flames.
Also, Iginla totally dummied Nashville in his career. 42 goals in 68 games against the Preds, most goals against any team he played but not nearly the most games.

Jimmy Carson had 55 points in 39 games against the Flames.
He didn't even finish his career as a point-per-game player.

Fleury in San Jose was one of my favourite memories. It got to the point where the entire crowd as booing whenever he touched the puck and he would have his best games. He was a lot like Iggy that way, there were games where the two just seemed to snooze by, but if you angered either of them and they entered rage mode it was going to be a tough night for oppositions.

Esa Tikkanen. Few players gave the Flames as much misery as he did.

I always thought Ryan Smyth had great games against the Flames. When him and Sakic played together for a bit there I don't think the Flames beat the Avs once, one of them was always roasting them.

Got to throw McDavid in there? Seems the Flames long streak of success against the Oilers came to an end when he showed up, as the Oilers have had the Flames number for the last few years up until the final two games last year.
Although, the timing also coincides with Gulutzan's hiring, as I believe the Flames still won the season series against the Oilers in McDavid's rookie year.

Glencross would eat up the Oilers every time they played too.

But in all seriousness he sure was a good Sharks killer. Something about playing the Sharks, particularly in the Shark Tank, turned Hiller into godmode. Even in his down year where he took a complete nosedive and left the league afterwards, he still turned it on against San Jose.

I recall Sergei Krivokrasov always having good games against the Flames.
Was super excited when he came to us...almost a point per game with us too!

I really hated Franzen and Holmstrom for a few years there. Franzen always seemed to torch us and Holmstrom was just every goaltender's worst nightmare.
